WEek Of Productivity
The idea for this week was to eliminate time wasting elements in my life for a week and try to experience something new with my life and the way I use my time. In other words, to do things that are productive to where I am and what I am progressing towards.
Specifically I didn't look at Facebook or other social networking sites and only would use them to write specific people without spending time on it. I also didn't watch any television other than 2 comedy routines that I've been studying. Things I included in the week because I do find them productive are interactions with friends and Sex. I find both friends and Sex useful and they contribute to my life as a whole.

Looked for what was out on the market for apartments since I feel the need to move away from home.

Took Wordpress site offline since I want to focus on the Weebly Site, which I feel looks more polished.
Talked to the Professor about a centralized blood center idea in mega cities
Researched different Medical Proceedures on the Diagnostic and Operative side that I feel could be useful in the future for my career in the UK.
Ate lunch and talked with and to dad about what we as humanity don't know. - Talk to Scott about this idea of his ideas affecting me - How when he said you'll only talk to them once or how I can feel his unbelief in my abilities by the way he talks and by the way he acts. I don't feel that he acchieves anything significant and I feel that he critisizes me even when I feel I do acchieve something significant. Also talk to scott about the small interaction with the lady at the Gym and how I felt I needed to explain myself.

Worked out arm through exercises with dumbells and then stretching excercises throughout the day
Looked at Videos about Heart Anatomy and thought about what to incorporate and what to improve about my heart anatomy lecture.
Looked at a Khan Academy competition concerning Videos and distributing Medical Information and content.
Watched Medical USMLE prep videos on Sexuality, Masturbation and Ethical and Legal Issues
Logged into DOC to look about other Medical consultants in Europe

Continued Research on Medical Procedures in the UK that I can perform and found out that Ecodoppler of the Carotids is done by a Sonographer in the UK but Endoscopies and Colonoscopies can be done by someone with a general medical license if they are certified through a JAG organization.

Confronted and asked Dad why we weren't getting along - he said I wasn't contributing enough at the house.

One of the most interesting things that came from this experiment was seeing how many different things I do each day which came through me looking at them and writing them down. I didn't have a huge boost in productivity although I did get more done this week than most.
I liked spending the week this way but for some things it created some interactions that weren't harmonious. Something I noticed was that I connected with my Dad very well while watching Get Smart or Seinfeld and taking that crutch away didn't seem to help our interactions.
I noticed that usually I appropriate the time during the days pretty well but am not good at the way I spend my time in the evenings and nights and mostly waste it away with things that aren't productive. Probably the most effective thing for me would be to cut out one or two activities or get in a habit of doing different activities during the evenings/nights.
